Germana Musco is an Italian author and illustrator based in London.

She studied Children's Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art (UK) and Picturebook illustration at Ars in Fabula (Italy). Before pursuing her dream career, she graduated in architecture and worked as an architect, freelance graphic designer, video maker and copywriter, exploring the art of storytelling from different angles.

She is inspired by stories infused with magical realism, dreamlike atmospheres and a touch of humour. When approaching a project, she usually lets the story inspire her visual experimentation. However, she has a soft spot for painterly textures, vibrant colours and considered compositions.
